Welcome to Washers on Wheels – we appreciate you choosing us to care for your vehicle. Our goal is to deliver a top-tier mobile auto detailing experience while ensuring clarity and fairness for all clients. The terms below outline our service standards, expectations, and policies designed to protect both our clients and team members.

By scheduling a service with Washers on Wheels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A $25 non-refundable depositis required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice and can be transferred to another appointment if rescheduled with adequate notice.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointmentwill forfeit the deposit. If no deposit was paid, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated as early as possible to avoid fees and to allow us to serve other clients.

Vehicle Preparation Terms

  • Please remove all personal belongingsfrom your vehicle prior to service. For liability and safety reasons, our team does not move or handle customer items.
  • Vehicles with excessive trash or debrismay be subject to a $50 clean-up fee at our discretion.
  • Areas like the glove box, center console, and armrest compartmentsmust be emptied. These areas will not be cleaned if items remain inside.
  • For child safety, we do not uninstall or reinstall car seats.If left in place, we will do our best to clean around them.

Service Scope & Pricing

  • Pricing may vary depending on your vehicle’s size, condition, and specific needs. Any additional charges will be discussed with you prior to starting service.
  • Additional fees may apply for pet hair, sand, stains, strong odors, biohazards (e.g. mold, urine), or heavily soiled interiors.
  • While we strive to remove all stains and odors using professional-grade tools, some stains may be permanentand odors may require ozone treatment or specialty services not included in our standard packages.
  • Streaks on windowsmay occur due to environmental conditions. If so, we recommend wiping them with a clean microfiber towel after the car cools.

Liability & Limitations

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damageto interior or exterior components, including cracked plastic, faded trim, or damaged upholstery that may be affected during normal cleaning.
  • Paint imperfections, bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sapthat have etched into the clear coat may require additional correction or may be permanent.
  • Black or gray plastic trim may not fully restore to original color. We will inform you beforehand if restoration is limited.
  • We are not responsible for damage to wheels or surfacescaused by brake dust, corrosion, or aging that cannot be cleaned with standard methods.
  • Headliners are cleaned gentlyand may still show stains. Over-cleaning can cause sagging due to adhesive breakdown. We will assess and clean only if safe to do so.

On-Site & Safety Guidelines

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completionof service. Reminders will be sent if not paid promptly.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointmentsdue to weather, technician illness, or equipment failure.
  • For safety, we ask that clients maintain a minimum 10–15 feet distancefrom the detailing area during service.
  • Clients must accurately describe vehicle conditionat the time of booking. If our team encounters hazardous materials (e.g. feces, mold, chemical spills) not disclosed beforehand, we reserve the right to stop service and request partial payment.

Media Use (Photos & Videos)

  • By booking, you grant Washers on Wheels permission to use before-and-after photos/videosof your vehicle for marketing purposes.
  • We will never post client names, addresses, or license plates without prior permission.
  • If you do not consent to media use, please inform us prior to your appointment.

Opt-Out Form:

I, ________________________, do not authorize Washers on Wheels to use any images or videos of my vehicle for promotional purposes.

Satisfaction & Service Guarantee

  • If a clear error or poor workmanship is identified, we will redo or refundthe affected portion of the service.
  • Clients must report issues within 24 hoursof service completion. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee corrections but will do our best to assist.
  • If a redo is refused, refunds are capped at 20%of the original service price.
  • Only services listed in your original booking or authorized add-ons are covered by our guarantee.

Payment & Dispute Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the end of your service. Non-payment voids all guarantees and warranties.
  • Invoices not paid on time are subject to an 18% annual interest rateand all associated collection or legal fees.
  • By accepting your detailed vehicle, you agree that the service was completed satisfactorily unless a written dispute is submitted within 3 daysof the invoice date.

Estimates & Pre-Inspection

  • All quotes are estimates valid for 30 days, and may change based on the actual condition of your vehicle at the time of service.
  • A pre-inspectionwill be conducted before work begins. Clients are expected to communicate their specific needs at that time.

Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to change or correct information, pricing, availability, or terms at any time, without prior notice.
